Okey N. C. Akpom is the founder of THE AKPOM FIRM, P.C. Mr. Akpom attended Texas Wesleyan University, Fort Worth, Texas where he obtained his undergraduate degree, cum laude.
Mr. Akpom then obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He was elected the first African American student body president while at South Texas. He was a constant participant in South Texas' Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions. Before forming THE AKPOM FIRM, P.C., Mr. Akpom worked with Rattikin Title Company as a Title Attorney. Mr. Akpom is a member of the Trial Lawyers of America; National Bar Association; J.L.Turner Legal Association; American Bar Association; Texas Criminal Lawyers Association; Dallas and Tarrant County Bar Associations; Washington D.C. Bar Association; and a member of WHO IS WHO. Also, Licensed to practice Law in the Federal Court of Northern, Southern & Eastern districts of Texas. 

Ike Akpom attended University in Nigeria. He also obtained a degree in Political Science/ Pre Law from the Texas Wesleyan University. At Wesleyan, he was treasurer of the Student Government Association. Associate Judge of the University Judicial Board. An Academic Honor Student. Active participant in Inter University Mediation, moot court and mock trial competitions. Delegate at the Model Arab League Competitions and a constant community service volunteer. Ike is studying to obtain a J.D.
